Welcome!  My name is Shan, and I have been a small business owner since 2004.  However, my love for photography started as a child working in the darkroom with my dad.  Those are some of my favorite memories that shaped my decision to become an artist.

In 2004, I started a business specializing in event and portrait photography.  From 2004-2014, I had the joy of photographing families all over the world as I was invited into important moments in their lives. I photographed hundreds of weddings and families during this time.  I also worked with commercial and fashion clients as well.

In 2014, I transitioned my business away from event photography to focus on travel and personal art projects.  I expanded to different media including encaustic and mixed media.  Now, I focus on creating unique pieces and custom home and event decor curations for a small clientele.
